Shehan Rambukkana
managing director
Shehan Rambukkana is an entrepreneurial business leader with over six years of experience building and scaling startups across marketing, financial services, construction, and customer service. He specializes in turning ideas into structured, growth-driven operations through strong execution, market-focused strategies, and customer-centric solutions. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Plymouth (UK) and is currently reading for an MBA at Anglia Ruskin University (UK). Shehan brings a results-oriented mindset, strategic clarity, and hands-on leadership that drives sustainable business growth.
Susanthi Fernando
Head of Finance
A Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of professional experience, including training and experience at a leading multinational audit firm in Sri Lanka. She specialises in financial reporting, financial analysis, taxation, and audit and regulatory compliance, supporting strong governance and informed decision-making. She is currently reading for an MBA at Anglia Ruskin University (UK) and holds an Associate Membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) and also holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
Dulanka Sumanaweera
Head of Human Resources & Operations
A senior Human Resources and Operations leader with over 10 years of experience working across startups and established organizations in telecommunications, financial services, IT, apparel, and healthcare. She specializes in building HR functions from the ground up, leading multi-country HR operations across Sri Lanka and Australia, and implementing HRIS and people governance frameworks beyond payroll. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, labor law compliance, and organizational design. Dulanka holds an MBA from the University of Suffolk (UK), a BSc in Information Technology, and is currently reading for a BSc in Psychology and Chartered Qualification for Human Resource Management (CQHRM).
